If someone is breaking into my house can I just kill them or do I have to verbally initiate first, additionally if someone is doing this to my car must I initiate first as well.

If  my gang and I are initiated on must I initiate back in order to defend myself or can I just defend my self

It's a roleplay server, you must roleplay everything. 

The only exception is in the redzone, which is KOS

But if you want something to refer to then,

you need to roleplay before any sort of killing happens, there must be a good amount of RP before any sort of murder / gunfights happen. The initiation part, you need to initate as a "gang" for everyone to be involved.

Yes you are,to kill him,he needs to say that he have friends in area and if they gonna kill him they got killed.

Your friend/gang member needs to say that he has friends in the area and you also MUST know exactly what is happening in the situation. 

If you are in a different TS channel and not sure what is going on in the situation, I would refrain from shooting unless an obvious gunfight breaks out.

If you see your friend die i believe you can shoot... (every case is different).

if you want that your friends will be able to shoot too just initiate for them per say "i have snipers on the hill :3"

As soon as you initiate on someone and shoot him it becomes an active firefight so you can shoot any man with a weapon shown... [in the area, use common sense tho]. (if you were initiated on police then you cant randomly shoot rebels that have weapons... you must reinitiate and vice versa)
