This is a serious roleplay server, that reprimands such behaviour in the paragraph before it even lists the rules, and touches upon it again in the first 2 rules in the first section. Setting the expectation of tolerance for such behaviour and putting it forward to others that they should accept it, or stop what they're in the middle of doing and walk away from or what have you is an olde fashioned way of saying suck it up buttercup.
Maturity is a large factor of this community, its stressed to the fullest when trying to resolve disputes. But the expectation is put upon all users to act in a mature way. Maturity is not wisdom, nor is it a pre determined factor gained through evolution. It is a community set example of expectations, and like all things, they change. This coming year would be a good year to set the community expectation of individual responsibility for speaking out against such actions, and I am not saying to submit reports, leave that to the person who is taking the brunt of the storm. Be instead the peer that goes to the person, or people and explain why what they were doing was toxic, try to give them guidance, be reasonable, willing to listen and understanding. But be firm, going after a 10 year old because their voice is high calling them gay until they log out is not maturity, it's also not mature to be the person who stands by and allows it to happen, and has the expectation that it's someone else's issue to deal with.
The song makes it seem like being a brick in the wall is negative, but the more bricks that crumble the more like the wall will come down.
