Hook body glitching

Description of what happened: First i was RDM by an guy called nooms than this guy Hook shows up and starts bodyglitching me
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:  2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes he didn't read the rules or anything he just joined the server today. And then they were just trolling around

well as you can see n00ms liked it. probably all friends however they are already banned on teamspeak so already solved.

Denied - Screenshots are inconclusive, he may have been retrieving the MXM from his own inventory. Not enough evidence provided to justify ban. - 20/10/2015
