Heroin Change.

With Meth you get a few bags out of the cooking method. This counters the high cost of water which you need. With Heroin you need two water and its a 1 for 1 recipe. Its fun to rob pharmacy and then make the drugs as its more interesting than just the boring meta of just selling coke or weed which is way too easy to get. So Heroin you get $850-$950 per 1 but with the high water cost its the same outcome of selling weed or coke. I know with the crim update there might be changes in the future but for now can we just change the code so when you make 1 batch of Heroin we get between 3-10 Heroin.

Heroin is very high cost/risk with little reward, it'd be nice to see it get some buffs add some spice to the drug economy. +1

With the effort needed to obtain the materials needed and the risk, then the additional cost of the water, this makes sense as the return doesn't seem to to match the risk and cost. +1
