what happened:i was getting robbed in safe zone and this guy started shooting at me so i got angry and said i would tell admin because he was about to kill me so then i told police then got banned for breaking RP

You were located outside of the safe zone at the time just south of the zone. A man was attempting to rob you at which time you told him that you were going to get him banned. Shortly after you went to a police officer and demanded compensation from him because you claimed you had just been robbed in a safezone.

No I was in safe zone because he robbed me at the atm near the car shop
