Greetings...

Today I am writing to tell you all, that I am going to try my very hardest to make sure I help PCSO's to the best of my ability. How you ask?

By doing the following:

  • Letting them do communications [Radio]
  • Drive my POLICE SUV
  • Giving them verbal advice
  • answering any questions they have for me to the best of my ability
  • brushing up on overall POLICE skills
I think that if we give them the experience they need. They could indeed pass the PA first try and overall should become a better officer, if given the correct experience...

As a new PC I am going to try my very best to help you PCSO's out. However it does not stop there. I am going to try and get to the rank of SPC, so I can also assist the CSO's and give them a friendly helping hand.

I am hoping to give people an amazing experience here at the POLICE, and hope to encourage them to get their friends to sign up so we have an even stronger POLICE force than we have today!

I urge all officers in training to message me whenever you see me around, I will NEVER turn you down and will always be here to give YOU a helping hand.

[Sorry for grammar/spelling]

Thank you for your time.

Kind Regards

PC Faheem [AT586]

So today I went on patrol with PC Faheem. This was not like a normal patrol. I first was asked when I would be taking my PA. Following this, we went through what weaknesses I thought I had to help get me prepared for my PA. Faheem then told me how I would be completely in control of this patrol and how it would all be up to me, just like how it is for the PA. I got tips and strategies on how to go about the patrol which I found immensely useful and hope I will remember for the test. The patrol went well, with pointers being given to me only when I absolutely needed it, which in turn helped build confidence. Overall I would definitely recommend going on patrol with Faheem as he has definitely improved my chances of passing the PA first time.

I mean just let them take control of the patrol and at the end give them feedback. Thats what i did.

going on patrol with pc Faheem was a very good time I have learnt many new things and he has showed me a variety of things overall I think he is a very good pc and is very helpful he is a very kind a generous person.

Greetings...

Thank you to all who have been supporting me, if you do not know already I have been promoted to the rank of SPC!

This now means I can assist the CSO's of the POLICE force... I am very exited to get involved with you all and am looking forward to the amazing patrols we are going to have in the future.

I thank the officers for the training they have given me as its helped me a lot so far. However. I want more training overall to become an even better officer so I can help myself improve, and pass down what I learned to the CSO's and PCSO's.

I hope to further develop your skills and if not then please give me feedback on what I need to improve on! We can all learn together.

My journey is not yet finished as I still have a while to go until I can begin to help the young recruits of the force. I am going to try my very hardest to make sure I get where I need to be so I can assist you in your POLICING.

PLEASE message me if you have any questions. I will NEVER turn you guys down. I want the community support officers to know. That I am and will ALWAYS be here for YOU.

SPC Faheem [AT586]

So, came back after an extended break from the Island (Former SPC - Athira Constabulary, NPAS Tier 2) and got to ride with SPC Faheem!

Overall he treated me like a real gent, helped me out with certain things I've missed out on Island update-wise, and pointed me in the right direction when necessary!
Great attitude, very patient, understanding and willing to help whenever he can. (Dealt with a very frustrating "troll" scenario at Kavala Station for ~45 minutes, and no sense of losing his cool really).

I hope to patrol with Faheem and many others in the near future after I pass my FTT (I'm bloody useless as a CSO obviously), but a pretty decent first-back experience :)

Good on you man, it's nice to see people willing to help others without wanting something in return
