Whats the issue please be specific and detailed! Assuming you have not set your secuirty level yet try going to settings >> Identities >> "Your ID you use for ALUK" >> Click improve >> Change the setting to 28 >> Wait for load >> Try connecting to ts.altislife.co.uk
