help with setting mic up

hi I am new to the game and I cannot seem to get my mic to work to speak to people, I have set up in windows and steam and all is working but for some reason nobody can hear me during the game online... can anyone help me please?

hi, yes set it up on windows as per your picture and also set up on steam. still not working

Try unplugging other mics? Or disable them on that menu on windows.

It happens at times om my Camera mic that sounds like I am trying to earrape people.
