OOC:

My character plays the role of a terrorist, wreaking havoc to peoples lives. He is an Arabian character, (not being stereo typical :D) & he is at the age of 32. He has no family left.

i am not sterotypical so all im saying is that my character is a "terrorist" in game

its not bullying your clearly trying to be a  stereotype you even came in to my ts chanle with a stereyotype accent and attitude. now it that is your real voice i apoligize for assuming its put on but that is what it sounded like to me since it seemed forced

 
To be honest I don't think you're gonna bring it far if you want to be a terrorist these days. I would say try to look for another role, if you ever get unbanned.

Personally, I dont think there is anything wrong with putting on an Arabian accent to roleplay as a terrorist. There are Arabian terrorists just like there are terrorists in every region. 

Thing is, it's a touchy subject and people could get offended for reasons not intended.

Yes. I hoped people would think of it in this way, & not take it as a stereotypical thing

 
I mean yes there are terrorists from all over the world but its incredibly poor timing with everything that is going on at this point in time. And my thing is why did you want to role play as a terrorist in the first place because you should know it is an incredibly touchy subject.

 
To be honest, in my opinion you shouldn't roleplay an Arabian terrorist. What's wrong with role playing one with your true accent?

Be VERY careful how you roleplay terrorism because if you roleplay that it's for religious reasons; Christan/Muslim/Catholic etc. then people from them religions may take offence, depending on the act of terrorism you are committing.

It's best to avoid this type of roleplay if you are going to mention religion/races because mainstream religions have 'dodgey' pasts and presents which again could cause offence. It's the same for races; eg. Black/white and their acts of terrorism against Eachother.

Additionally you could roleplay that you're committing these acts in aggression for certain causes; some sort of green activist group (anti fracking extremist for example)/ anti-government extremist, anti corporation extremist etc.

Religion =/= Ethnicity.

You don't decide what ethnicity you're born into. Religion is a belief and is a very different thing. Yeah, it's a touchy subject and people will take offence. But taking offence over someone satirizing a belief is understandable but should not be something that should be backed up by punishments to the one satirizing.

On the flipside; I doubt jihadism is a very current issue in the island of Altis. So in a roleplaying sense it makes little sense. Hell, even Go Kart terrorism makes a whole lot more sense. An example of terrorism that makes sense in this island would be the Marmite-war. The Marmite Miners became terrorists/insurgents when the mayor declared marmite illegal. It made perfect sense. Jihadi terrorism? No.
