Always wanted to check this mod out, and finally here i am. A question... How do i actually PLAY this mod? Is there a download? I've found a lot of servers in the Multiplayer menu of Arma 3, but they all have a red X next to them, and i am unable to join.. ;connecting failed.

The ALUK servers are vanilla Arma.

1. Multiplayer server selection menu

2. Filters>altislife.co.uk in the server name section>'role playing game' in the server type section.

3. Connect to one of 3 altislife.co.uk servers!

Theres an optional mod pack download with cool weapons skins. ( I can't link as on my phone ) so look I. The announcements section!

I have followed these instructions but having no luck, i think the red X is telling me i haven't got the correct version of Arma 3, but as far as i know i'm fully updated

No luck. Interestingly though, ALL servers in my multiplayer menu are showing 'wrong arma3 version', not just Altis Life servers. Could this be due to Arma3 showing in my Steam library as 'Arma 3 [Development]'. I have also been unable to connect to Breaking Point lately too

Go into your arms 3 properties on steam and change it to 5.1.4 or something like that ( the latest stable build) 

You can't connect because your Arma version is wrong.

Good stuff, mate. Seems to have worked a treat. 

Thanks for the help, probably means i won't have to tear out my hair :)
