First off I would like to thank the group who take the time to run these servers and maintain them. So thanks whoever you are.

Am very much new to this whole online rp gaming and arma so I do have some question which I would appreciate answers or even a link to answers as am not scared of a little reading.

I played a little on Server 2 last night, will progress be saved on both S1 & S2 or are they separate entities ?

The Team Speak server I understand is for communication but isn't that done through the game or am I missing something ?

Is there a list of Fine amounts, for example how much a ticket for speeding is or is it to the officers discretion ?

Thanks and see you all around

Server 1 and 2 both save your progress, yes, you can switch servers and keep your progress. Remember to sync your data (in the Y menu) whenever you do something important such as selling or buying stuff(This is incase of a server shutdown/crash/whatever).

Autosaves every 10 min were turned off due to it making the database really slow at times.

Team speak is what you would call the "Radio". I'm guessing people use it instead of the ingame chat because you neeed to be in a gang and the ingame mic quality is worse. You still have to follow ingame "RP" with Teamspeak though. If someone says that he took away your communication, you need to stop talking in TS immidately or you might get punished for metagaming (This is my understanding anyways)

When you talk to other people around you, you ofcourse use the "Direct Chat" ingame however. TS are for groups.

The "Baseline" for the fine amounts are all written in the Police Handbook (which only the police have acess to i believe), but i know that most of the fines are down to the officers discretion.

Hope i was of any help :)
