Helicopter mod shop

I have been going to the mod shop for the past 2 days and a week before it and nothing is there anyone know what is happening???

I'm assuming you mean the landing Pad?.

If so, to use it you need to land near the area, whilst in the pilot seat press 'Windows Key' and it should bring up the Mod Menu.
