Description of what happened: I arrested Hefas for offensive language to people in a public area, conspiring to kill an officer and a doctor and resisting arrest. Once restrained, I put him in the car but he kept glitching out of the car, he was warned by me, the doctor and bounty hunter to stop exploiting this but he insisted on trying every time he could. Got to the police station and he decided to start playing music down his mic in direct chat.

The doctor and bounty hunter had also informed me that he had broken NLR , but these 2 would have to provide proof of this, as I am unaware of this.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: We had tried telling Hefas that what he is doing is against server rules but didn't seem to bothered by what he was doing.

I was the doctor on site, he not only broke NLR, he vdmd at the garage and blew up isacs car, i was told not to res him at first or id die, he then ressed and came straight back to the seen, and told me i was going to die, this is when Jamie took over.

Breaking NLR
More trolling and admitting to it
Lying about being on the server for a long time (not basicly an offense, but rule 0: ADULT COMMUNITY)

Me killing Hefas and his mate Razerman, after they killed Stickz (this happened: Stickz lands mohawk at cocaine, one of them says FRIENDLY in side chat, not direct. Typed. Then he said it in direct as well, and Stickz lowers his gun. They then knock him out, rob him and kill him on the spot. I saw this with rangefinder from a good distance away and moved in, thats when video starts). Video will continue to show us processing and talking, untill they come back in an ifritt to ram my Orca full of cocaine, blowing it up. They then got killed, obviously, when they got out the ifritt. They said in sidechat it was ''disinc''. As you can see in the video, they clearly came back within 15 minutes, thus breaking NLR.

VIDEO UPLOAD FAILED. Not gonna wait another 200 minutes. Slow upload. In stead of that I took screenshots of the two kills and the moment of the explosion of the heli. Clearly shows in the timeframe that they broke NLR. Made a shorter video of the VDM to further proof that.

Also; admins might want to check the moneylogs. These guys are new players, yet one of them robbed his friend ''at the jewelery dealer'' for 1.3 million, his friend instantly logged of. One of the PLF members said they had been doing that shit for a while this morning. Should be in the logs if that is true.

Another addition: Hefaz also claimed in sidechat PLF was a shit gang because he didnt know them and he was on the server for 1 year, just been inactive for 3 months. His behaviour shows he can never have been on this server for long, if he is breaking rules like that and having a forum account since august with very little posts.. Also, the server doesn't even exist for one year. One huge TROLL!

Seems like everyone has a problem with what this person is doing, I can see a certified permanent ban for this person and won't be missed by me lol

 
I am the PLF member states by Khandamir here, Razer and his friend had been money duping all day, every time we mentioned it they would change their name so I've lost count who is who but have a recording and several screenshots of them doing it which will be uploaded tonight (at my newphews 1st birthday currently!)

Hefas stated in blue side that PLF is full of morons, an insult not even registered by us, we get many mentions every day by mad people who simply get upset when they're robbed or taxed. The more concerning report is in regards to him VDMing and so on. I'm unsure if Hefas is related to Razer however it's very suspcious that once Razer knocks someone out at the diamond merchant, the person robbed logs out, Razer claims it was a lucky rob and Hefas logs on and they start playing together. I wouldn't even bother making an unban request.

 
PLF fighting alongside cops, who'd of thought huh, myself and trusty SGT. Commando, took the troll down again in Kavala, after an onslaught of VDM's on commando, poor bug head could hardly get up before being shot, a few swift vermin shots slayed the trolls tyres and commando took the pleasure in ending the beasts life, if commando was recording im sure it will be uploaded, if not i encountered him again minutes after being killed, gun and all, i told him to put his gun down, he refused and turned to shoot me,Hefas's life was ended with a bullet to the brain, upon which he combat logged! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=329823533

 
This is getting past a joke now, he was RDMing in Kavala green zone (opposite bank), then when I turned up, he opened fire on me and killed me, then he got killed and combat logged, then he comes back and kills gets restrained by Mr.MelonCandy, then combat logs again.

He is banned ingame due to massive RDM (must have been 50 people at least)

 
tbh lock this idiot inside something and throw the key away in to the deepest hole we have on earth ..
