Headlight Colour Change

Brief Summary:     Have it so you can change the Colour of the headlights on your Car

Detailed Suggestion:     Since the Los Santos Tuner Update there's now an option to be able to change your headlight colour in-game, make this available option in Bennys/ LS Customs, This could be another thing that the police service could bring you up on like Window tint

The Pros:     More Unique Customisation to vehicles and more chance of RP at traffic stops

The Cons:     Dev work and more traffic stops

Does this suggestion change balance on the server?   No
