Have been banned even though it says I was not going to be? (Unbanned 20/12/2014)

I was involved in a VDM yesterday which was agreed by all parties as being accidental and an admin 'The XMAS Ban Hammer' said that  I was not to be banned. However, when I try to log in it says I am banned. 

Can you help me with this please.

That was not me. I was in a heli all day on Sunday doing weed runs. I have personally seen three Marcus' on the server at any given point.

I don't know how to prove that wan't me but if you have a steam ID I can prove it wasn't. There was also two people with me all day. I think I actually spoke to another 'Marcus' that day. 

I will change my ingame name to [bRB] Marcus. So we know for the future.

 
What is your GIUD? There is a guide at the top of the disputes page on how to get it.

 
To any available admin,

Is there any chance I can speak to one of you over TS about my ban status. I have noticed that my GUID has been applied to several ban situations that I was never involved in. For example:

  • RDMing at casino: 
  • Bug glitching: 
I don't know who is getting these GUIDs or from where but the only thing I actually was involved in was the Heli VDM here: 



If you can give me a time or something when I can speak to somebody, I would like to. Just to find out how I've come to be convicted for these things. Just from looking through the player lists here:

You can see how many players share my in game name. I am obviously looking to change this ASAP.

I'm just looking to rectify this situation.

Going to unban however make a more unique name!!

Please make sure the rules are followed and if this was because of a name issue then with a more unique name it will stop this happening in the future.
