Thing is I've had so many people tell me I have great roleplay, especially as a cop, its just the fact that I swear and accidently say things that are offensive sometimes -and fair enough I didn't stop talking just now when I was dead-
Young person, you have the ability to effect the very fabric of the universe, and the potential to bend it to your will. Life lessons can not all be fun... but they can all be educational. As one Hfa to another, I can tell you that we have the ability to not only learn others emotional limits, and understand them. We can often predict reactions and instantly draw up a dozen scenarios of how to approach in an instant.
Take the lesson, reflect upon it, let go of the pain it causes in your stomach, and instead put it in your head as the warning sign that you're going to far and it will serve you well. But never give up your horse as long as your boots are on your feet. You do not do a service to yourself leaving the community because youre learning life, thats what this community tries to emulate is life, some miss this and instead treat it as if the 50's never went away and theyre all big new york stock brokers with the way they talk to people or gangsters from prohibition days in the usa.
You have to build your own filter as all the filter is just a concept of imagination, there is no physical filter between brain and mouth. All it is, is taking the micro seconds your beautiful brain takes to process what it is saying, and deciding yes or no to what youre about to say. Unless you practice this internal reflect upon words youre about to say, you may run into more similar life lessons as you go along, as someone who records a lot I can tell you, its micro seconds of thinking. During the heist of the hm treasury video I made there are many points that felt like I was thinking of an answer for minutes on end, when it wasn't even seconds, and I've been on the chunk of rock and water with some moving things smeared across this face 31 years.
So in closing good sir, all your leaving does is affect your ability to learn from a community of people who only want you to do better, improve your social abilities and in turn your roleplay and give us all the energy you can muster to lift a pen or stroke a key to keep our stories going. These social interactions, life lessons, improvisation stories are the building blocks of your own world and all of them can be useful on this world we share, and the one outside of your computer screen, when it comes to people of the opposite gender, or a homo sexual or a transgender person, disabled, foreign, alien or even
@Banana Duckwelsh *shudders* remember they're still people, and just like your moms new hair cut, the things that make them different shouldn't be your focus, the heart that makes this unique individual move and the brain that lets this unique person interact with you holds the same ability to bend the universe to their will, and that right there is common ground, and their difference should have 0 impact upon how you interact with them.
Its completely normal to have a revulsion to things that are different, that initial reaction is so ingrained in our minds, part of maturity is learning to not let that initial reaction take control with how you proceed to be the best human being you can be to the new stranger on the bus in a wheelchair, or to the person in game in your hand cuffs with the female voice, and what has happened is an opportunity to you to learn what a lot of your peers into their 20's 30's and beyond have yet to grasp. Then you sir will be the one with the knowledge and the want to share it with others to avoid such cringe situations.
I hope to see you in game sir, and dont hesitate to message me if you need some guidance i've been dealing with the "normies" a long time.
