Hashtags to Tweedle

I'm sure that this is an idea that has been thought of before and maybe even the Devs have tried to implement it.

I think that adding a hashtag system to Tweedle could be very useful. Players should be able to then follow certain hashtags so that when a post is made, they receive a notification. Obviously a cool down period will be needed for notifications which can either be set by the users, or built in by the Devs.

I feel like this can be extremely useful for things such as promotion of shops, buying and selling cars, things trending in the city etc.

+1 This would help a lot in trying to find tweets for specific cars and such, would work brilliantly for a lot of things. Good idea
