I'm guessing the vehicle that blew up after I crashed in to by accident had a person inside, although I'm not using it as an excuse I will say I had a lag spike that caused me to crash whilst trying to get away.

Also, by stating that I was VDM'ing implies I was killing people on purpose with the vehicle and I can ensure you that it was not my intentions to do so.
