HACKED USB DISSAPEARED FROM INVENTORY

I  converted the hacked USB into lesters LC69 software and after I completed it it just didnt appear in the inventory and the original USB disappeared . Its really annoying for me now as  a lot of work got put into getting the USB and now its just gone

Idk it happened to me once but we got it again so its calm

Alright, I will be rejecting this issue for now, as I believe it will be near on impossible to reproduce. If this happens again, please ensure you record it, and re-open a bug report with the clip.
