I use to listen to this when i was punching/kicking  heavy bags, when i was competing in boxing and muay Thai

Hello and welcome to my gym tunes tutorial!

Myself do not go to the gym so I cannot prove that these tunes work, but I have heard good things.

First, choose the web browser of your choice.

Next, type in the following term : SPOTIFY. I will be using Chrome for this example.

Click on spotify.com

Download the application.

Run it, sign in through facebook for an easier life.

Once signed in, do the same steps on your phone except use the playstore / app store.

On the left bar, you will see SEARCH.

Search for the following :

"GYM TUNES"

You will find several playlists in regards to GYM Tunes.
