Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Walking under the map
Provide a full description of the bug: as it was comeing upto restart and i had parked my car i thought ill just do a little exploreing on the beach and mess about abit, i then thought i would check out the tunel from the ocean to vespuchi have a look and see if i could see anything interesting, when i started to swim down it i discovered that after a short distance you would fall out of the water and could run along the ground
i managed to run along the entire tunnel, when i got out i borrowed a jetski and it would float but when you got off it would have you fall under the water again
