Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Vehicle physics bug
Provide a full description of the bug: There seems to be a new bug whereby any observers of a vehicle in motion, the locker of said vehicle will not see any change but if anyone locks the vehicle, or unlocks the vehicle all occupants and observers will see the vehicle flip out, which causes damage and even injury to any onlookers or the passengers. The person who locks/unlocks the vehicle will not see this glitch, but everyone else will.
