Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Rubble Gets Stuck In Spawnpoint
Provide a full description of the bug: When you rent a Rubble at the garbage depot, if it has the concrete in the back it can't make it out of the spawnpoint as it gets caught on the pole thing.

Replace Rubble With Small Tiptruck For Bin Job
The Biff and the Rubble are both similar vehicles, but the Biff makes more sense for the bin jobs as it is a rubbish truck, whereas the Rubble looks more like it's for construction. My suggestion is to replace the Rubble: With the small tiptruck: It also looks like a construction truck but...
