Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: PNC offence 233 Causes PNC to break
Provide a full description of the bug: When you try to add Offence id 233 on PNC ( Requirement of workers to wear PPE) it caused the incident report to break. you can no longer edit it or open it. I have tried this since the incident and it still doesnt work and other offcier are also unable to open the report
