Provide a full description of the bug: with the new ID system I've gone to take my photo and just takes photo of arm all the time, tried with a staff member there and took all clothing off to see if it would work and nothing, i haven't seen anyone else with this issue

Unable to reproduce and as there have been no other reports, we cannot look into this. My only suggestions would be to(should you still be experiencing this issue to this day) verify both screen resolution/aspect ratio or to toggle "Fixed-size NUI" on in the core FiveM game settings.
