Provide a full description of the bug: My understanding this use 2 be an issue before looks like its returned. I upgraded my car around 24 hours ago, it's been parked. Took it out, drove to Paleto to get a bike. It needed a repair used the local mechanic come out, and he stole my wheels lol Clip will show this. Start of the clip they are black, by the end of the clip they are black and Crome.
