Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: KOI restuarant
Provide a full description of the bug: Dont use any shaders etc and the front sign is blindingly bright at night.

You also can lock pick the doors but not use a drill (unknown if by design but drill is typically a higher tier than lockpicks)

- The KOI sign is caused by post FX. Tunning it down will help. There is the same issue on every strong light, such as old taxis, tron suits, Thunder Bagger and many more.
- Lockpicking, it was made to match other restaurants, but it makes sense. I will update all the restaurants

If one of our lovely Bug Reporters decide to move this. Lockpicking as been fixed.

Lets come back to the MLO issue once we update it to the newest version.

Sadly that was also discovered. We will update the MLO to the newst version soon and will then check any issues

I've had a look and the newer version only fixes the collision issues reported by @MrTurn1p . However, the second sun only shines during Xmas time (related to there being snow) and is not something we can fix.
