Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: I was placed into cuffs and for some reason after the animation without me "Resisting" was uncuffed.
Provide a full description of the bug: Was helping out as an actor for a training, I was placed into cuffs and complied but for whatever reason I was not cuffed after the animation, I checked F8 shortly after the clip and didn't see anything abnormal
