Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: FLIP VEHICLE doesn't work on SIDEWAYS vehicles
Provide a full description of the bug: When you try to flip a SIDEWAYS vehicle it will say it's been flipped but not actually move the vehicle. The flip feature only works if a vehicle is upside-down.

Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
