Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Fallen in Map resulted in death
Provide a full description of the bug: I was running under the bridge opposite the main impound. As I was running the map seemed to glitch and when I fell it killed me. I did not fall from anything so I am not sure why this would have resulted in my death. I will submit a compensation request also as this means I will lose everything. When the server resets I will ask for staff to attend to try to resolve this that way.

I had asked on the thread on discord for this to be closed as after reboot I was attended by the NHS so compensation was no longer required. Thanks.

Considering that you were treated by the NHS I will get this closed off, In future incidents if this occurs please make a ticket at the time and only if you do bleed out due to a bug then proceed to submit a compensation request.
