Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Emerus Speed Bug?
Provide a full description of the bug: Today I decided to take my Emerus up to Paleto to meet a friend, Shortly after setting off I noticed that something didn't feel right with the car itself mainly how the chase camera is positioned. I put it down to me simply not driving the car for a while and that it was just me overthinking it however when I got onto the motorway I instantly noticed that the top speed of the car is no where near close to what it used to be.
I'm not sure if it's a intentional nerf to the Emerus or not either way I fault to show my pov of the before and after top speeds in the link below.
