Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Dealer taking chips twice
Provide a full description of the bug: Went to gamble in the penthouse casino, I placed a intended bet on 30k chips in which it proceeded to take the amount twice. All in all loosing 60k chips. Upon winning i received 60k chips, which made me gain nothing all in all missing 30k chips in profit.

As one of the Casino Employee's present at that time I can confirm this happened. it's not the first time it happened either. This happened to all participants.
