Grapeseed Shop cannot be robbed

As the video shows, the Grapeseed 24/7 can't be robbed, there's no polyzone prompt for it meaning it simply can't be robbed at the moment.

Same goes for the 24/7 (Great Ocean - North) It can't be robbed, no prompt.

from what I have heard this is intended, as it is our safehouse. Not 100% sure tho
