Got random banned

Hello , ingame name is "i am a lord" and yesterday i played on the server when suddenly a cheater came in and started to make people fly , short after i was banned i have have no clue why , i have talked to admins on teamspeak but they dont seem to care and just disconnect on me. Please help i really liked this server.

 
Hi, that's realy messed up , hold on Bud let me see what i can do for you , okey go try to contact admins again or go to unban apeal , do you got any evendence ? @iamalord

 
yeah it is :S i dont have any evidence cuz i didnt even get a chance before i was banned, i guess the only evidence i have is the people that also met the hacker yesterday. I have contacted admins multiple times but they all seem to push me aside. I will try the unban thing , ty for help @typicaldutch

 
I wil contact a Admin for you , gona take 1 day , just hold oke! Try to write an unban apeal , if you got any updates then say it! @iamalord np bro any time , try to help everyone
