Got banned for being an ass - Sorry guys

Hi guys,

I was banned from your server and probably rightly so. It was a steam free to play weekend and i joined a random server and not knowing anything about Altis Life I pretty much acted as a jack ass.

Anyway after quickly reading more about the solid community and the gameplay mechanics and rules I pretty much love this mod. I purchased arma3 on steam today literally because of it and feel like I can certainly make the game a better place now I understand the bespoke vibe.

I suppose a sorry is in order as my naivety blatantly got the better of me.

Although my playerID has changed since i purchased ARMA3 I still appear to be banned. 

I have listed both my playerID's in hope you would give me a second chance. The first one being the one I was banned with, the second is the new one.

Once again sorry, regardless of my banned status please keep up the solid community you're doing a fantastic job. I hope to be a better more respectable citizen from here on forth.

I like this guy .... We all knew this weekend would be full of tards just trolling, but we also knew that being one of the best servers on the planet that some people would see that and want to be part of this community.

Mistakes have been made lets see how serious his crimes were and hope there can be some kind of parole.

yes this guy my have made a mistake upon joining however the rules are there and maybe need to be more clearly stated to avoid situations like this.
however he could have easy seen the rules and thought im only here to troll players while this games free.

this guy maybe entitled to a unban for whats been said however he has broken the rules and only joined to troll. unbanning him could show the server as a "pushover" towards ban offences and whats stopping the next player to do the same?

i dont have a decision on this matter personally, one had he made a mistake and apologised but did join in an atempt to troll/break rules to begin with. shouldent people be given a second chance?
 

sorry if this was harsh, i ment nothing critical by it, just stating my own view on the situation.

This sounds honest, although i have a question to ask you:

Did or did you not VDMed 2 cops and a civ on purpose?

 
I think it's fair to say that I was reckless as I did not understand class roles as I was naive. I did not actively hunt down people or police when I killed them.

Regardless to say that I now appreciate the rules and role-play and would not abuse the system.

I mean, it's not like i want you banned but i can clearly see that you did it on purpose.

This is a seriously ROLEPLAY community and we intend to stay that way.

Yes that was me.

I know what I did was stupid and it wouldn't be repeated, I appreciate the roleplaying style a lot and I'm genuinely gutted I did what I did as it destroys the overall experience of the game for all players involved. My naivety got the better of me

I was wondering what the jury's decision was on this. If you feel like I need to meet with one of the officers in game at a specified time i would also be prepared to do this or anything to help move this along.
