Got banned for aboarting while being arrested

Soo, few mins ago, I was taking some coke from the coke field while a cop came with an heli (No camping at gathering / processing / other player money making sites and rebel outposts. Patrolling / raiding (only if told so by Dispatch) is fine, as long as it is not too frequently.) and then he arrested me, then i told him few times that I'm bugged and i cant see the dierct chat or hear it,so I asked him to use the cell phone ( he didnt) and I told him few times that I'm not thinking he suppose to be here( coke field) But he did not answered. Then, Instead of giving me a ticket ( Drugs: 15000 USD per item) He took me to kavala's jail. So i told him again and again "You suppose to give me a ticket, not sending me to jail >_>" but he answered in voice chat, ( i understand that it's not that easy to fly while writing, and this is how he suppose to talk with me.... but he's voice < heli's noise[ cant hear shit], so i couldnt hear him and i told him few times that i CANT hear him.....) so maybe he tried to explain the ruels to me better, or maybe I already was wanted, But I told him ALOT of times that I'll aboart if he wont tell me why im going to jail, but he didnt. SO I'm asking you to unban me please, and I hope next time the police will give me a reason why I'm going to jail Instead of getting a ticket or some thing.... http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=260023822

 
Firstly the officer might have been going by these new rules/laws. The problem being to my knowledge they currently arnt in-game on the map so to speak. which needs updating, but they change so often i can see why it hasnt been done.



Secondly this was posted to the off topics section... another problem. But no doubt he was acting on the fact that if you have a class A drug, you can be sent to prison. 

Lastly in my opinion he should have either made it easier for you to speak to him, (i.e taken you to the police station where its quiet.) or a least wrote in direct or text you at least once to tell you what was happening.

I would highly recommend a mic if your planning on playing on a roleplay server. Being able to talk to people makes life alot easier and alows you to actually roleplay. 

Now over to the admins when they see fit. 

 
Well, 1. I cant use a mic ( worst pc ever made. doesnt have sound memory so if some one is using the voice he sounds like a car and I cant use a mic :S) and 2. Last time I saw the ruels was few months ago.... And I didnt know the admins changes them at al :S . and 3. If the police officer could just explain to me, why is he taking me to the police station, I could understand it..... But he didnt :

This has been on the map for multiple days if not a week!

Well thats always good to know aha (saves me having the other monitor dedicated to the laws and fines ay)

We will see what an admin has to say, and how he see's it, in my eyes its just alot of mistakes so to speak from lack of communication from both your end (please somehow get a mic working in some shape or form) and his in terms of not seeing what you had wrote or not replying.

But aborting under restraint is still against the server rules. We will see what the powers above us say.

 
Well, last time i saw the ruels was few months ago, last time I got banned ( Some one was hacking while I got arrested so people thought it was me and reported me >_>) and I read the ruels here, on the website..... ( and yesterday for the quotes in the report) It would be helpful if they'll add the ruels to the website aswell.... And by the way, the mic wont help me, because all the problem was, that he did not answered me... And I just thought he's being a dick to get more money or some thing >_> And if I was using the mic while he arrested me, it couldn't relly help, because I'm thinking he did see the chat, but for some reason he just did not answer me... Well, I just hope the admin will unban me because I relly love this server and I guess it wont heppen again if the cops will just talk with me.... ( New pc soon so maybe i'l be able to see dierct chat, and I wont have to warn every armed dude that i cant see the dierct and I will be able to have better roleplay....)

 
How can you possibly play on an Altis life RP server if you cannot use a mic? The whole point is to interact with others over VOICE, I hate to be the person to come into contact with you and you are there stringing sentences in direct to roleplay.

Agreed, it gets me nervous and gives me flash backs of DayZ SA when people would ask "can you type i cant hear you" thenshoot you in the face while your occupied typing.

On topic though, Mr Cake haven't you already been banned before? & if I remember correctly the last time you were banned you spammed the living hell with a carpet bomb of "WHY AMENT I UNBANNED YET?" "I LIKE DIS SERVUR PLS!"

 
Well, it's HARD to chase people, rob people, etc , etc. Atleast im gonna get a new pc soon or later........................................................................................................ But I'm NOT gona search for a new server, cuz this is probably the best server ( I saw LOT of servers...... This is the perfect one for RP and not getting killed every 5 mins because noobs players who RDMing and the admins doesnt do anything) oh ,and for other reason why I hate my pc.... check the pc specs topic >_> <_< )

"I LIKE DIS SERVUR PLS!"" Well, last time i got banned was because some **** reported me for hacking only because some one spawned some explosive stuff near me while i was arrested...... Getting proofs before banning some one can be very helpful..... Because, if everytime after I'm robbing some one and he'll be pissed and he'll report me for hacking it might be relly anoying.

So you can't SEE or HEAR direct chat?

What kind of computer problem causes that? I always see you spamming side chat when you are on and cops cannot read side chat, so that may be why he didn't respond to you. He was probably responding with his voice in direct comms as he was, you know... roleplaying.

As stated by Denzel and multiple players in game (including myself via side chat typing), how do you hope to play an RP game such as this with no microphone/working soundcard. Are you roleplaying as somebody without a tongue or ears?

 
Well, When I says in the side that I cant see or hear the dierct ( Probably a bug or some thing... ) It because some armed civs or rebels are looking at me at the moment ( I'm asking them to use the side or the cell phone because I dont want to get shotted or some thing) >_> And maybe it's not PERFECT RP but the game is still fun and possible to play that way..... By the way, I uses USUALY side because this is not the first time people "cant" understand me ( I know in 100% that people CAN) so they might have the same problem..... Oh, and I used the vehicle's chat half of the time ( on the way from the coke field to Kavala) so he understood me for 100% <_<

 
There is no possible reason for you not seeing direct communication when typed.

Remember a lot of players turn off side chat, so they won't see any gibberish that people type in there. I often turn it off to avoid random VON blasts from noobs, or if I'm sick of seeing the same stupid questions asked every 5 seconds. Side chat serves no purpose for RP, which is why there is an in-game option to disable it.

In conclusion - Don't use sidechat for RP. Use direct comms. If direct doesn't work for you even with typing (which it will and there is no reason it won't other than you being too far from the person to be communicating in direct comms), then this ain't the game for you.

 
This is the last time I'm gona answer to someone who CANT unban me because all of you guys just asking to know stuff about my crapy pc. Ok, soo, I CANT SEE OR HEAR DIERCT and MAYBE it's not the best way to play RP( For you guys MAYBE you have to use side to talk with me.... but you are STILL TALKING and STILL ABLE TO HAVE RP, and for me it's just the SAME but before all the RP I says" Use side" @_@ It CANT kill the RP, if you using side because you still can say "put the gun down" or " dont move" or "get out" SAME as I. AND there are ALOT more stuff that people cant explain about my pc...... As: When I'm using Fraps the pc goes disco ( lighting random lights) >_> OR: When I enters google it ALLWAYS sending me back to Bing( YEAH it's hard to find what I'm looking for so usualy I'm using my phone or writing the web stie's IP as: ) There are ALOT of other stuff so PLEASE stop talking with me about stuff which have nothing with my case. Thank you >_>

It does have something to do with your case. Again and again people are told the blue side chat is OOC chat, not RP.

If you are incapable of properly RPing on a serious roleplay server it should effect the decision.

 
Okay, so I waited 10 days for an answer by an admin............ I saw few topics which added by people AFTER I posted mine and the admin DID answer them.... Can someone tell me please why did a"no one replay at you're topic for a long time so we may close it soon" massage sent to me by the admin instead of answer the TPOIC himself? It's relly relly lame to wait for an answer and see how the admin , instead of answering you're topic, answers others ,even if they posted their topics after you posted. AND instead of answering the topic when he sees it ( he knows SOMEHOW that people doesnt responding here) just sends a " we'll close you're topic for not-responding" or some thing...... So I demand an unban for the mistake which heppend 10 days ago. In-game name : Mr. Cake ( I'm not sure for 100% cuz last time I played arma was 10 days ago) thx for reading this >_>
