Description of what happened: I had just robbed a chap at agios truck stop - Not Givey - and had then run round with my friend towards Agios DVLA, then up to the atm to deposit our earnings. Givey then knocked me out with no RP at the ATM robbing myself and my friend. When called out on his terrible RP - he started swearing in side at me telling me to "Shut the fuck up" etc. Not an adult.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban
Generally just bad roleplay - no warnings, no time for compliance. As mentioned above and all over our community and server everything here is about the roleplay experience.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yep, he just swore at me in side and protested we had started on his group - we robbed a single individual but he claims he hid nearby so he could attack us several minutes later. By this time, roleplay had ended. He did not engage in ANY RP.

Starts just as I approach the Agios Truck Store, you can see there's only one guy in the area who we rob- and it isnt Givey - so i'd also be interested in how he identfies us. There is then a good 3 minute gap until he runs up behind me and knocks me out without saying anything at the ATM.

Asking where was any of the roleplay in the run up to him knocking me out, he claims to be 5ft away, but you can clearly see he is not there in the first video, or anywhere near us in the 3-4 minutes up to the ATM.

First of all, in terms of me not seeing you, I was in the truck, I stopped about 10m away. We then followed you and waited for my third friend to arrive as backup. He arrived as you were running to the ATM. Perhaps this was too long without RP but in my own personal opinion surely you were still initiated with my group. as im robbing you you can hear me speaking, it is lagging out which cannot be blamed on me, this is an issue with armas VOIP. You ignore everything I say about dropping your weapons - bad RP. After questioning me constantly in side and harrassing me I do get annoyed and i told you ONCE, to "shut the fuck up and take it to the forums. My nerves had been tested. I apologise for the swearing but In my opinion I see no problem with the RP i played. You yourself admitted in side chat that you were "not very good at RP" after killing a bodyguard without warning just 10 minutes before this video. (You currently have his weapon and dont realise you cant use it as a taser)

Assuming you were in that truck seen at 9s in the first video, and between then and 3:40 my friend and I are still in the grounds of the truck shop (seen on my GPS) you are no where to be seen. I even have enough time then to trade a weapon to my friend, and head on up to the atm - through side streets with again you no where near us if you're in a loud zamak truck. 

You didnt speak a word, you ran straight up an knocked me out and robbed me. As for swearing in side, and also telling me to 'stop crying',  once or a hundred times - it's not to be tolerated. No swearing, No bullying. This is supposed to be an adult community, i didnt swear at you despite being victim to your rulebreaking and lack of RP. 

That wasn't me who killed the Bountyhunter, that was the player 'Johnny', I am [T-A] Zeito. You can even see me giving the PDW to him in the video, and my shooting you with a Rook 9mm, and talking to you in side.

 
I did hear him say "drop your weapon" he even knocked you out again, and then you killed him....

Going to reject this one, but, both of you need to improve RP. 

Technically you broke a rule saying "where's the Roleplay?" in Direct. But lets move on for now.
