I was thinking of doing this over the ocean, making it far from everything and especially new players who maybe think this is normal.

Ghost hawks above the red zone peninsula, anyone leaving that area gets deleted. This would actually be pretty fun and a great laugh

I don't think this will be allowed on the live server. Might be allowed on the training server though
