Description of what happened: I was talking to some police officers and Ben and I noticed either they, or ourselves were being shot at with a silenced gun. I mentioned this to the officers and they went off to investigate. A short while later I was shot dead.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I did ask in side whether it was rdm or whether the person wanted to explain himself to me, but shortly after that the server crashed.

We ziptied him, short after we had some warning shots.

His friend told us to release Gernhard or shots would be fired again.

I tryied to engage Gernhard friend and ended being killed.

The skunk got shot later by my people.

He came back and took my weapon.

After checking teamspeak I warned him about new life rules on side chat.

(Not the good place but noobs don't read the forum).

He then came back on my body and puted my weapon and all the ammo on the ground, and left away.

I'm not trying to be the devil advocate here but they seem really new to the server even if they have experience.

Giving them a second chance will be great since they just seemed like some new souls unaware of server rules.

Anyway, admin will take their decision but trying to talk to those guys first would be cool.

We all been newbies once.
