Description of what happened: We got 2 trucks at the weedprocesssing. We saw that they had illegal firearms. They had a nice RP story and we decided to take the illegal firearms and let them go, cause they had a nice RP story. In the video you see that we made the agreement. [GC] Manny says that I did not say that he needs to put his gun in my car as wel. He then decided that he could break server rules and VDM'd my car.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I've tried to talk to Manny. He says that it is not VDM, because there was no one in the vehicle and therefore allowed.

As i said in the conversation we had on teamspeak, i wasn't aware i had to surrender my gun to you but now seeing the video i hear you say "and your friend", from my POV i don't hear that. We left James to RP it with you and i guess its miss communication or he needs his ears cleaning out as he never told me i had to surrender my weapon. Yes it was stupid of me to reverse out like i did and as i told you i would not have done it had there been anyone in or around the vehicle but this still doesn't make it right. I would advise people against doing this myself so call me a hypocrite if you like. The server was about to go down which you was aware of and we thought you were just delaying us from storing our tea leafs. Was it worth what i done to gain what i did? probably not and wouldn't do it again. Thankfully no one died (i don't know how i didn't) and we managed to export the tea.

1. I was not aware of the fact that the server was going down. I don't know why you're saying that I was aware of that the server was going down. You changing your roleplay on the fact that the server is going down is not good. 

2. How was I delaying you? We came to an agreement. The only thing you had to do is give me your weapon and you were free to go. I don't see how I'm delaying you.

Since I was there (James Smith) I'd like to comment on this, I even said it to Droge in TS that I never heard him saying "as well as your friend", I even checked my video and since there were other noises on my video I didn't hear it, I now see in Droge's video that he did in fact say it, I take full responsibility as I should of heard it since I was right next to him but honestly if I did hear it I would of said it to Manny, so, because I didn't hear it, I was saying in TS that he double crossed us and that he's just blocking us in after the deal we made so if anyone here should get banned then it should be me because this is my fault and I take full responsibility for not listening better and things could of been then done differently, so for that I apologize.

Ban to be issued.

1) First off, What if there was someone nearby that you missed, what if Droge ran upto you shouting stop, and he got killed?

2) This just goes to show me you care more about storing/selling your weed than the roleplay here.

I'm honestly getting fed up of seeing reports about Gc here on the forums and this is becoming the last straw...
