Gang Uniforms

Is the coding for gang uniforms on the server?  I vaguely remember @Ciaran saying he added it in a while back

Has it been used - No sir (at least not yet).

Why? No clue it would be nice to know as it was a very requested feature which was made and noone ever got the uniforms.
