Gang base/Group property

Hello , i was looking forward for buying a gang base for my ... gang ( pretty obvious right ? ) and i was dissapointed by the fact that i couldnt find any purchasable gang base , i have a few questions for you guys :

1- Where can i find a purchasable gang base , like is there a gang base Tracker or anything , or at least can you tell me a location where i can see one  ?

2- What is a Group property , does it work like a gang base ? Like the upgrades and so on...

3- How much does a gang base/Group property costs ?

4-do i need to be the leader of the gang in order to be able to buy a gang base/group property?

5- what is the difference between those 2 ( Gang base / Group property)

6- can i spawn vehicles and aircrafts in the gang base/Group property?

1. Purchasable gang bases can be found anywhere on Altis. They consist of Warehouses, Towers and the office block buildings. To check if a base is buy-able or not, use windows key on it to check.

2. Group properties are gang bases. The gang base is classed as a group property that anyone in that particular gang can use.

3. The bases range from £10 million (Tower) to £15 million (Warehouse) Warehouses have slightly larger storage than the others, hence the price increase. Bases do require you to buy upgrades to be able to spawn there, buy weapons. clothes etc.. and the average price for these upgrades is £15 million.

4. You can be any rank in the gang to buy a base I believe (Not 100% on this), however only rank 4 can sell the group properties once bought.

5. Nothing

6. Towers and office buildings can spawn helicopters up to a certain size, Warehouses can spawn vehicles that are not trucks.

Thank you for the anwers , still i have 1 nore question :

I saw that those gang bases that are purchasable ( that cost 10 mil ) are very dirty , small and ... scattered and those that you can see on the map of altis as a Red triangle , are very clean and well organised , you can almost confuse it with the rebel outpost , i dont understand how those gang bases are that gool-looking , the upgrades do any major visual difference or ... ?

Why are those bases already purchased spotted on the map as "Gang base"  that good looking ?

Those gang bases are currently non-purchasable so no one can buy them. It is something that is still being tested and will probably cost a lot more than 10million. Hence in the meanwhile we have to buy these small cramped warehouses, however you can add upgrades such as cctv and extra storage to the base. So im afraid we have to live with the ones we can buy.

Oh well thank you , but can i just call an admin to clean my gang base a little bit , i mean , out gang base is full of rubbish and i would be greatfull if any admin would come and clean it , maybe make some modifications too ? Also , do the upgrades make a viasual difference ?

Don't think that's quite how it works!! XD And no, no visual differences with upgrades.
