Found some cool things, here.

New bandana styles for Gangs and potentially civilian styles too.

(I changed some of the colours to sample some of our current gangs)

& THIS ONE IS COOL

A mixed answer I believe here- some may, or may not work on females, I have though (and should have done before) found a female head bandana pack (which was based on like Black, White, Grey colours) and added the "pattern" used in the example above. So yes, would be suitable for everyone (hopefully)
