Game hangs on Roleplay.co.uk loading screen

Getting an error on the loading screen that pops up "Resource time warning emg_veh00 is taking 31.16ms or -39 Please contact the server owner to resolve this". Then the  Roleplay intro will continue to hang indefinitely and the Snoop Dogg music will start glitching out and start reversing and the space/enter keys to mute the music and pause the video will become unresponsive.

Issue was due to some sort of mismatch of audio devices - was previously using Voicemeter Banana falling back to just the Microphone + Headset inputs fixes the issue.
