Hey there, @clyney. What is your in-game name? I may be able to find the ban report against you in the "Report a Player" section, and we can work from there.
First of all, don't bug the admins if you can help it, it won't help your case. One message will do fine, they will get to you when they can, your next best bet would be to contact a Mentor.
Secondly, if you wish to dispute a ban you need to use the correct process/format or it will be denied instantly.
