So, I saw that the admins sent out a mass message to everyone that told that gangs are now free so I tried making a gang without having 10k on my person, indeed, it worked but... My personal inverntory said - 9777 something, with a lot of decimals and so forth. This is most likely a bug or I completely misread the mass message that the admins sent out.
