Description of what happened: We got rapport that 50cal have been seen near the airport. we saw them again in agios follow them and waite for backup. the pull up at the gas sation and moment after frederus start shotting at us kiling a PSCO
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Did not fine the person on TS and tried to message him ingame but got no repons

So from the look of your video you didn't actually hear me in the chopper when i was telling you to back off twice, unfortunately Frederus did not know about this and acted on all the police moving in on his position thinking that RP had been initiated properly this video shows my perspective, i am sure Frederus will be uploading one soon

Dont tell me you normal yell out of chopper to stop cars before you shot them.   mate you are in a chopper that are so load 19M over the ground. first yelling while im driving 150kmt. good luck to try to say a word to me. secend time you are now 2 chopper 19M over our heards dont know why you think we ever will hear you. 

 
Well as you can see from the way you reacted in my video i assumed that you could hear me as each time i said backoff or stop you did so, how were we supposed to know you were not reacting to me ?

 
have you seen your own video ? you said fuck off and the order guy say get the fuck out ? dont know where you want to go with this no one can hear you when you are flying two choppers 19M over the ground ! and why do you stop the video just before he start shotting ? and where is your friend frederus video ?

Because just as he starts shooting my mate nearly bloody flys into me and i shout super loudly i just figured i would save everyone the horror of listening to me rage at him, i can upload the rest of the footage if you really want me to. Your reactions in the car made me think that you could hear me you can see where the confusion is coming from and I don't know if he has any footage of this incident.

 
Unfortunatly my shadow play didnt record that part, so my video is from just after that when we drove away,(I Pressed the record button way after)

im happy to upload what i have but would be pointless.

the video i have does however prove that i was talking to you in side chat about the situation.

I believe my team and i roplayed, and would like to say that if your foolish enough to follow a 50cal truck then you should expect to get shot...

I was only suppose to be taking out your tyres but the problem was my Aiming and the bullets sprey, causing the death of your PCSO

i will however appologise if you feel there was not enough role play, was not my intention....

However im going to say if i had illegal firearms and a 50cal mounted truck...... there was only one fate for me.......

now in real life i would probably done the same thing..... i mean im not gonna let myself get locked up if i got a gun ill fight for my life.....

That in itself is roleplay,

I am however open to sugestions on what i could have done better to have roleplayed the situation, But please take into account i have no intention of going to prison...... (If it can be helped).

you where talking to me in side chat ? thats a lie since you are a civ and im in police slot we do not share they same side.

I think you need to read the rules again. you say roleplay ? do you call it roleplay to start shotting at police with no words.

you sprayede on 2 police car we all got hit and you killed one guy.

There was no roleplay at all. driving around in 50cal is not roleplay !

how in hell do you expect the driver of the police car to hear you? I also saw you guys killing the people in that sports hatchback without any rp, m talking about the sport hatchback you opened fire at around 300m away from the tresure do you mind uploading a video of that as well because that has the same apaling and frank shit rp if there even is any. You can't exepct a car to hear what a guy in a chopper is screaming and you can't expect the guy at the gas station to be able to speak loud that the police sports would hear you 75 meter away then they are also in the car and have a chopper hovering above em... I also say you trying to defend yourself in side by saying you was screaming out of the 50cal to the sportshatchback. Around 7 people told you in side that you can't start rp like that so from any point of view it's RDM and also your buddys in the chopper could be reported for Bad RP hence using the choppers to rp

i know im breaking forum rules for posting here and you can go ahead and give me a warning point because this is apauling that you even think that you can justife that crap of rp and RDM

Report accepted as warnings were not given.

I suggest you learn about how ArmA III Audio works from zones, to distance, to volumes. because there's only a 5% chance they'd actually hear what you shouted from that vehicle... and even then no-one would understand.. you don't have a megaphone on that vehicle, the amount of noise from your chopper alone would of muffled you up.
