Okay so i have a watercooled 6700k i7 and a 980ti and i still cant usually push out more than 30fps it sometimes peaks at 60 but why is this because it doesnt seem like there being stressed looking at the temp anyone know why?

 
I would suggest looking at some different optimization guides, you can find them easy via google. I have a setup similar, but not as good as yours and achieve 40-50 fps in populated zones. Like I said, try googling some optimization guides and trying out different combinations of settings and seeing what works for you!

Task manager > Arma > Go to details > arma.exe > Set time > Real time. 

Something along them lines. Off the top of my head.

At what level of Detail?

What resolution of monitor?

All servers or only ALUK servers?
