Fps drops

I find altis life is the only server that make me drop fps most in towns like kavala agios ect

I got an 970 and a I7 6700k 4g and 8g ram

Could be memory leakage, try restarting arma 3 when it happens. How much ram do you have? @david_gemma2164

I'm really not sure what it is. Not too tech savvy!. 

I'm using a laptop so not sure if that could be the problem. 

Specs of Laptop are MSI GE72 6QF Apache Pro - Nvidia GTX970M - Intel i7-6700HQ - CPU 2.6GHZ - RAM 16GB 

Is there anything I can change settings wise to check if it's memory leakage?.

It doesn't make a difference when I log off. I can have my laptop shutdown for 30mins and it's still the same afterwards. 

Settings too can be all set to low and distance at minimum and doesn't make a difference. 

I do use Steam to run the game??.
