forum ban, i am baffled (Denied 2nd Ban)

i was  unbanned last night and i played the game for 1 hour and did my number 1 police training with mike. I went off straight away and now when i log on it says i have a forum ban issued today but i haven't been on today.

Forum ban ? no doubt that says forum report... whats your in-game name... use it in the search bar above and no doubt you have a report against you.

Okay so i found the ban but the guy has completely lied. 

me and hanil engaged role play with him and tried to rob him. Hanil got shot dead round a corner so i moved back to a building were i could see him. He then starts coming towards me so i kill him. We engaged role play together he just lost the shoot out.
